Refund Policy
At StepClick, refunds are processed only for approved return cases as per our Return Policy.
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only when the return request is approved by StepClick.
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- StepClick cancels a prepaid order from our side due to product unavailability or serviceability issues.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike of product, incorrect order placed by the customer, or customer-caused damage.
2. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment source.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
4. Refund for Online Payments
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source used at the time of purchase.
5. Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through a suitable digital payment method after collecting the required customer details.
Customers may be required to share correct bank account or UPI details for COD refunds.
6. Replacement Instead of Refund
In eligible cases, StepClick may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement is available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 2 days of delivery.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Return request raised after 2 days of delivery
- Product used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Product returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice if available
- Change of mind or dislike of product
- Incorrect size or wrong product selected by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept order
8. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not available.
If StepClick cancels a prepaid order from our side, the refund will be processed to the original payment source.
