3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across serviceable locations in India.

If your pin code is not serviceable, your order may be cancelled or our team may contact you for further assistance.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before completing the order.

StepClick may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

COD availability may depend on location, product, and courier partner.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the available contact details.

Customers can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of their order.

7. Delivery Attempt

Courier partners usually attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer.

If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact the customer directly.

StepClick is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing the order.

StepClick will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address, wrong pin code, or unreachable phone number.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos or video.

Eligible cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
