Return Policy
At StepClick, we aim to deliver every order safely and in good condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dislike of product, wrong size selected by the customer, incorrect order placed by the customer, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after use.
2. Return Window
Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and invoice if available
Products that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, missing packaging, or incomplete items may not be accepted for return.
4. Size Exchange
Size exchange may be provided depending on product availability and approval by StepClick.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
StepClick reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request after reviewing the case.
5. Return Pickup Charges
There are no return pickup charges for eligible damaged, defective, or wrong product cases.
StepClick will arrange the return pickup or guide the customer through the return process.
6. How to Raise a Return Request
To raise a return request, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Registered phone number
- Clear photos or video of the damaged, defective, or wrong product
- Unboxing video, if available
7. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to approval by StepClick.
StepClick reserves the right to reject a return request if the claim is incomplete, delayed, invalid, or if the product does not meet the return eligibility conditions.
